Our Messiah taught that the whole Law is fulfilled within two great commandments; love the Lord thy God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. We've learned that this first great commandment is fulfilled by keeping the first four commandments found in Exodus 20. We will now discover how the second great commandment is fulfilled, starting with honoring our father and mother. Most would agree that we should honor and respect our parents, but could this command be taking us beyond the scope of our earthy father and mother? Does it include our superiors and those in authority, such as elders, employers, sheriffs, kings, and rulers? Does this mean blind obedience? Could this be the core, the structure, the glue that holds society together? It tells us there is a blessing attached if we keep it, but is there a curse if we don't? I wanna know
