The words destroy and fulfill seem to be quite opposite to me. So what did Jesus really mean when He said, "I didn't come to destroy the law, but I came to fulfill the law."? Was He doing away with it? Was He bringing a new law? Was He trying to tell us the full meaning of the law? I wanna know.
