Just imagine being so close to the Father and being in such a deep state of prayer that Jesus Christ Himself comes to you and says, "I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia. Address each letter to the angel of each church and tell them that I walk amongst them and I know them. I know the good and the bad. Tell them that I want them to repent and correct these issues so that they will be overcomers and spend eternity with the Father and Me. If they don't, however, I will remove them from the body." Well, that's precisely what happened in the Revelation to John. Were these seven churches just for that age only, or are they a sample of the whole church of Christ, as it was then, as it is now, and as it will be in all ages? Are the angels here actual angels or human overseers of each church? Who were the Nicolaitans, and do they still exist today? What does it mean to lose your first love, and how can we get it back? I wanna know.
